Professional Staff
Our goal is to provide you the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to evaluation, rehabilitation and prevention of hearing impairment. These services include comprehensive hearing evaluations, specialized diagnostic testing, and industrial hearing screenings.
Devan is in charge of all insurance billings. She also schedules appointments, maintains our patients files, does all the ordering, and insures all hearing aid repairs are returned on a timely basis.
Marion is in charge of our data base. She also sends out warranty letters on a monthly basis, which informs our patients that their warranties are about to expire and to have their hearing aids checked.
Pat is a licensed hearing aid dispenser and she programs digital hearing aids to each individual's hearing loss.
Christy tests a hearing aid in a computer test box. All new aids and those sent in for repair are given complete checks. Records are kept for future reference.
