Our goal is to provide you the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to evaluation, rehabilitation and prevention of hearing impairment. These services include comprehensive hearing evaluations, specialized diagnostic testing, and industrial hearing screenings.
Kim, our office manager, does all ordering, schedules appointments, insures all repairs are returned on a time basis and maintains our patients files She is also in charge of insurance billings.
Marion is in change of our data base. On a monthly basis, she also sends out warranty letters informing our patients that their warranties are about to expire and to please come in.
Pat programs digital hearing aids to each individual's hearing loss.
Christy tests a hearing aid in a computer test box. All new aids and those sent in for repair are given complete checks. Records are kept for future reference.
